Welcome back home and a big thank you for all you gave and shared this past weekend.  I tried the sound work this morning and it has continued shifts in our home that began last weekend.  The weekend was really wild – I keep thinking back to the engagement with ‘Joe’.  Pretty wild that the energy was more than there, but that I was actually able to interact with it.  A real presence active presence, not just residual buzzing from a past soul.  Still wrapping my mind around that.  T

Following the six week Meditation course you held, i would love to tell you that i thoroughly enjoyed the sessions with you!
Firstly, the room was calm and peaceful and beautifully decorated. Perfect surroundings and atmosphere for what we were there for. I think i accocoated that room with feeling peaceful and calm, and it felt easy to get in the zone, being surrounded by like people.
Being completely new to meditation, the content and the pace were perfect. Having a different method each session was great and i loved them all.
One particular technique that worked for me was squashing the feeling/person that makes you feel drained or negative, and then cutting the cords and gently pushing away. I didnt realise straight after the session, but a few days later i realised i'd had the most happy and confident few days in a long time! It was the help i needed to move passed a feeling i had, and it worked! Hopefully you dont get too drained though, with all of us with our hooks in you?!
