Prana, Chi, Ki, are all names for the vital energy/life force, which keeps our bodies in good health. Blockages or congestion in the flow of vital energy through the body results in a lowering of energy levels that can lead to physical and mental dis-ease.

We absorb Prana or vital energy from the air, the earth, the sun and our food. Hence the ideal is to lead balanced lives where we are in harmony with both ourselves and nature. More often than not, we are juggling demanding jobs, relationships and perhaps children with very little time to stop and listen to the messages from our own bodies. They have to shout loud to be heard!.

An Energy Therapist can help identify the blockages and imbalances as they reveal themselves in the energy fields around the physical body. By the scanning of these energy fields around the main organs and the body itself by the hands of a sensitive therapist followed by the removal of any ‘congestion’ and the transferring of fresh ‘Prana’, balance is re-established. Assisting the body to active mechanisms to heal itself.

A good ‘healer’ is just a facilitator, a key for your lock. Your body knows how to heal itself – it just sometimes needs a little help..

My qualifications

I have been working with energy healing modalities since 1993. I started training in Reiki, Sekhem and meditation praxtices. My journey with Pranic Healing started in 1999 when a friend sent a photocopy of an old Indian book on Pranic Healing. The book really resonated with me and I travelled to the Pranic Healing Convention on Vancouver Island, British Columbia in May 2000 to meet Master Choa.

I have since trained in Advanced Colour Healing, Pranic Psychotherapy, Crystal Healing, Pranic Feng Shui, Spiritual Business Management and Pranic Healing meditation courses. For my own personal development I have attended two retreats in Italy with Master Choa and have studied Arhatic Yoga to level 1 & 2 with him. I attended the World Pranic Healing convention in Hamburg in May 2008 - see some of the pictures below.

I am licensed by the Institute of Inner Studies in Manila to teach Pranic Healing in the UK
